A team of 12 experts provides support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience. We strive to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations that enable us to gain a deep understanding of how we can enhance satisfaction.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Track key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring they align with organizational goals; Develop and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards using advanced BI tools; Provide detailed insights into financial performance, trends, and variances;
- Data Management and Integration: Ensure accurate and timely collection of financial data from systems like Oracle NetSuite; Integrate data from multiple sources for a unified financial view;
- Performance Measurement: Analyze profitability and cost efficiency to identify improvement areas;
- Regulatory and Compliance Reporting: Support audits and for regulatory documentation;
- Automation and Process Improvement: Automate repetitive financial tasks to improve efficiency; Implement process improvements to reduce manual efforts and errors;
- Enhanced Reporting and Visualization: Utilize BI tools like Tableau for dynamic, interactive reports and dashboards; Enhance report quality and accessibility beyond traditional spreadsheets.
To be successful, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field;
- Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights;
- Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand your knowledge;
- Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
- Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and report large volumes of financial data with speed and accuracy.
