Business Development Manager- Global Payment

**Responsibilities**:
- Analyse and understand local payment market development history and trends, follow payment regulation, policy changes and guidelines.
- Connect with top players in the payment segment, do comparisons across partners and solutions, and identify the fit synergies across business segments and payment solutions.
- Work closely with the territory teams to understand local needs and proactively work on solutions to support business growth.
- Establish connections with key stakeholders, including but not limited to payment partners, regulators and top players in different business segments.

- Bachelor's Degree or above is required.
- 3+ years of working experience preferably within the online payments industry in Mexico, Brazil, or other LATAM countries. Successful payment partnership development experience is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of the digital payment industry development of the LATAM market and knowledge of market trends and issues affecting the local payments industry from global perspectives.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Portuguese or Spanish.
- Ability to work with remote, cross-functional and extremely diverse teams to drive results.
- Detail-oriented, positive attitude, result-driven and ability to work under pressure and constant changes.
