Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close high-quality channel partners across LATAM
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across direct sales and channel development (e.G. resellers, consultants, ecosystem partners)
  • Educate potential clients on KUN Global's cross-border payment and crypto-fiat solutions, including OTC, card issuing, disbursement, stablecoin clearing, and blockchain-native services
  • Structure commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and coordinate onboarding in collaboration with product and compliance teams
  • Build lasting relationship with stakeholders and decision makers to drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Gather market feedback and help shape product and go-to-market strategy for international use cases
  • Represent KUN Global at relevant conferences and networking events

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnership roles in fintech, payments, Web3, SaaS, or financial services
  • Great project management skills, consistent follow-through
  • Strong knowledge of payment infrastructure and/or crypto-native financial tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
    comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and close complex deals
  • Experience selling into or through emerging markets is a strong plus
  • Self-starter with high ownership and ability to operate in a fast-moving, startup environment
  • Fluent in English

  • Previous experience in cross-border payments, stablecoins, or global acquiring/disbursement solutions
  • Familiarity with regulatory considerations in the crypto or payments industry
