Build robust talent pipelines using multiple channels. Coordinate interviews across time zones. Track key recruiting metrics & collaborate on smooth onboarding. Collaborate with other HR related areas to ensure smooth onboarding. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain pipeline velocity. Provide regular updates on hiring processes and forecasts. Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training. +4 years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition at a fast‑paced corporate environment or talent acquisition agency. Fluent in English. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office package (mainly PowerPoint and Excel).
