We have been growing at double-digit rates for the last 3 years, with teams across Brazil and the US, with a global vision and a strong understanding of Brazil as one of our markets. The Account Executive will be responsible for converting sales leads into customers by establishing long-term contracts and strong relationships with key stakeholders, all to support BotCity's aggressive revenue growth plans. We are seeking an experienced Sales professional with a strong Enterprise track record in the SaaS Intelligent Automation market. Responsibilities Drive the sales process end-to-end from lead qualification to contract signature with customers, including but not limited to, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations. Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand the customer base within the Enterprise segment, including through social media engagement (LinkedIn). Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers' needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Track industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. Provide market feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to enhance the company’s offerings and market positioning. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system. Contribute to BotCity's Strategic Plan by providing insights on Enterprise customers and market trends. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, or a related field. Experience in software sales in the RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industry. Proven experience in Enterprise sales or account management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large accounts and managing high-value client relationships. Goal-oriented with strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills to engage with senior executives. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously. Proficient with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Sales Navigator. Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Workspace, and Notion. Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team. Portuguese and English - Fluent Preferred Qualifications Experience with global accounts and managing sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across different regions. Knowledge of specific industry verticals (especially but not limited to finance, healthcare, manufacturing) and their unique business challenges.
