OverviewBotCity has built a pioneering Intelligent Automation platform, backed by global investors such as Y Combinator and SoftBank.The mission is to empower enterprises to scale automation initiatives with governance, orchestration, and developer tools.BotCity advocates a high-code approach rooted in Python and serves over 1,000 companies in 73 countries.The company is growing with teams in Brazil and the US and a global vision.In ****, BotCity was recognized by G2.com as a top emerging platform and received additional industry acknowledgments.The company is expanding with a strong enterprise focus and a global reach.ResponsibilitiesDrive the sales process end-to-end from lead qualification to contract signature, including presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.Develop and implement strategic account plans to penetrate and expand the Enterprise segment, including via social media engagement (LinkedIn).Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet objectives.Track industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing teams to enhance offerings and market positioning.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.Contribute to BotCity's Strategic Plan by providing insights on Enterprise customers and market trends.RequisitosBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, or a related field.Experience in software sales in the RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industry.Proven experience in Enterprise sales or account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Demonstrated success selling complex solutions to large accounts and managing high-value client relationships.Goal-oriented with strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills to engage with senior executives.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.Proficient with tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator.Experience with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion.Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team.Fluent English.Nice to HaveExperience with global accounts and managing sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across different regions.Knowledge of specific industry verticals (finance, healthcare, manufacturing) and their challenges.Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, fast-paced startup.#J-*****-Ljbffr
