Company and Role OverviewAt BotCity, we've built a pioneering Intelligent Automation platform, backed by global investors such as Y Combinator and SoftBank.Our mission is to empower enterprises worldwide to scale their automation initiatives with best-in-class governance, orchestration, and developer tools.We believe that automation projects are fundamentally software projects, which is why we advocate a high-code approach rooted in Python.Our commitment to innovation has enabled us to serve over 1,000 companies in 73 countries, and we continue to expand through strategic partnerships around the globe.In ****, we were honored to be recognized by G2.com as one of the world's top 25 emerging platforms, standing alongside industry titans like MidJourney, WhatsApp Business, and Slack.We were also celebrated as a Major Contender in the Everest Peak Matrix and recognized by Endeavor as a ScaleUp in **** and a YC Company in ****.We are growing double-digits from the last 3 years, with teams across Brazil and the US, with a global vision and understanding Brazil as one of our markets.The Account Executive will be responsible for converting sales leads into customers through engagement, long-term contract, and strong relationships with key stakeholders to support BotCity's aggressive revenue growth plans.We are seeking an experienced Sales professional with a strong Enterprise track record in the SaaS Intelligent Automation market, with an outstanding work ethic, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent persuasion skills, to act as a trusted advisor to our customers.About the RoleResponsibilitiesDrive the sales process end-to-end from lead qualification to contract signature with customers, including but not limited to presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations.Develop and implement strategic account plans to penetrate and expand the customer base within theEnterprise segment, including via social media engagement (LinkedIn).Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers' needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.Track industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.Provide market feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to enhance the company's offerings and market positioning.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.Contribute to BotCity's Strategic Plan by providing insights on Enterprise customers and market trends.#J-*****-Ljbffr
