If working in a fast-paced, creative and mission-driven environment motivates you, this is the right role for you.**Your mission**:- ** Shape regional marketing for a global leader**: Collaborate with central marketing teams to adapt our strategy for LATAM, crafting localized plans that resonate with cultural nuances.- .- ** Be the marketing champion for LATAM**: Spearhead lead generation - all while building strong relationships with sales and partners.- ** Be a brand ambassador**: Elevate HERE's visibility and position us as an industry leader through targeted initiatives and strategic partnerships.- ** Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment**: Work side-by-side with sales, and collaborate with marketing, and communication teams, driving alignment and achieving shared KPIs.- ** Measure, analyze, and tell stories**: Measure, analyze, and report on your impact, demonstrating the tangible value you bring to the LATAM region.Who are you?:**What you bring**:- 8+ years B2B Marketing & Communications: You're a master of marketing and communication: planning, execution, customer focus and analysis- Proven experience: marketing planning and execution across multiple marketing channels, lead funnel management, virtual & in-person events, and internal/external communication.- Speak the language: Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English - we need someone who can talk to everyone- Collaborative: Thriving in a dynamic, matrixed organization with both remote and on-site work.- Data-minded: You can analyze data and make smart decisions based on it.- Organized: Project management pro who juggles multiple tasks and consistently hits goals.HERE is an equal opportunity employer.
