Field Marketing Manager, Latam

As a Field Marketing Manager at Databricks, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. You will report to the Director of Regional Field Marketing, Americas. You will work with your key sales and marketing stakeholders to develop the marketing strategy for Latin America (LATAM). You will build and execute a scalable mix of field programs in-market to increase engagement, generate leads, and maximize conversion rates.
**The impact you will have**:
- Build the LATAM marketing strategy in partnership with local sales leadership and the broader marketing organization that exceeds targets for the region
- Execute regional demand generation programs, including practitioner workshops, executive events, 1-few targeted events, 3rd party event sponsorships, 1-1 ABM activities, direct mail, and other opportunities
- Streamline lead flow management from your field marketing programs and events into marketing automation systems and to sales team stakeholders to maximize pipeline generation and conversion
- On budget execution of programs with timely and accurate reconciliation with Finance
- Consistent best practice sharing and optimized conversion rates of all programs
- Happy regional sales and marketing stakeholders
**What we look for**:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including 1+ years running field marketing events
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
- Experience working with a direct sales team and regional channel partners
- Experience with digital marketing, customer marketing, and PR
- Experience having pipeline building responsibility
- Must be metrics-driven
- Travel for events will be required (when appropriate)
