About the Role We are seeking a Senior Merchant System Integration Specialist to lead the integration of global third‑party delivery services and brand merchants through our OpenAPI platform. You will coordinate cross‑cultural teams, ensure efficient implementation of custom requirements, and drive expansion of the platform ecosystem. Responsibilities Lead technical integration with third‑party vendors (delivery services and merchants). Analyze custom requirements and convert them into feasible technical solutions. Work closely with product and R&D teams in China to drive development, testing, and deployment of requirements. Ensure high‑quality deliverables. Use packet capture tools (Charles, Fiddler) and API debugging tools (Postman) to troubleshoot and diagnose interface issues. Maintain technical documentation in English, Portuguese, and Chinese. Keep OpenAPI specifications up to date and communicate changes effectively. Provide technical consultation and support to clients during system integration and joint testing. Qualifications Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken). Chinese is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration with strong understanding of networking protocols and JSON/XML. Proficient with API debugging tools and packet capture analysis tools. Basic programming skills (Python, Java) with ability to quickly understand code logic. Excellent cross‑cultural communication and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in food delivery, logistics, or e‑commerce industry operations.
