The Integration team / role The Integration team ensures that merchants and third-party services are smoothly connected to our platform through the OpenAPI ecosystem. As a Merchant System Integration Analyst , you will support technical integration processes, assist in issue diagnosis, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure reliable and efficient onboarding of partners. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where you will gain exposure to system integration in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. In this role, you'll be... Assisting in system integrations between merchants, third-party vendors, and the platform. Supporting the analysis of custom requirements, preparing documentation, and aligning with senior specialists. Using tools such as Postman, Charles, or Fiddler to test APIs and assist in issue diagnosis. Preparing and maintaining technical documentation in English and Portuguese (Chinese is a plus). Helping to track integration status and coordinate with internal stakeholders (product, R&D, and sales). Providing first-level technical support during system integration and joint testing with clients. Supporting continuous updates of OpenAPI specifications and internal guides. We're eager to be in touch because you have... Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. At least 1–2 years of experience in system integration, IT support, or related areas. Familiarity with API protocols (JSON/XML, REST) and basic debugging tools. Basic knowledge of programming (Python, Java, or similar) to read and understand code. Good organizational skills, with ability to support multiple projects at once. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional, multicultural environment. Portuguese proficiency (mandatory); English highly recommended; Mandarin is a strong plus.
