Team Overview We are seeking a Senior Merchant System Integration Specialist to lead the integration of global third‑party delivery services and brand merchants through the OpenAPI platform. This role involves coordinating with cross‑cultural teams, ensuring the efficient implementation of custom requirements, and driving the expansion of the platform ecosystem. Role Responsibilities 1. Technical Coordination : Lead technical integration with third‑party vendors (delivery services and merchants). Analyze custom requirements and convert them into feasible technical solutions. 2. Collaboration : Work closely with the product and R&D teams in China to drive development, testing, and deployment of requirements. Ensure high‑quality deliverables. 3. Issue Diagnosis : Use packet capture tools (e.g., Charles, Fiddler) and API debugging tools (e.g., Postman) to troubleshoot and diagnose interface issues. 4. Documentation : Maintain technical documentation in English , Portuguese , and Chinese . Keep OpenAPI specifications up to date and communicate changes effectively. 5. Technical Support : Provide technical consultation and support to clients during system integration and joint testing. Role Qualifications Languages : Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus. Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in system integration, with a strong understanding of networking protocols and JSON/XML. Proficient with API debugging tools and packet capture analysis tools. Basic programming skills (e.g., Python , Java ) with the ability to quickly understand code logic. Excellent cross‑cultural communication and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in food delivery, logistics, or e‑commerce industry operations. Familiarity with incident management frameworks and service reliability methodologies.
