Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are looking for two experienced QA Automation Engineers – one focused on iOS, the other on Android – to join a global retail leader’s technology team. This is a 100% remote opportunity for professionals based in Brazil with fluent English and a passion for building world-class mobile experiences.
English: Fluent (required for daily communication with global teams)
About the Company (Global Retail Client)You’ll be joining a major global retail brand undergoing a digital transformation. Their focus is on delivering seamless, technology-driven customer experiences across all channels, supported by a modern tech stack and Agile practices. The team is collaborative, fast-paced, and highly focused on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Appium, Selenium, QTP, JUnit
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and QA team members in an Agile/SCRUM environment
- Define test strategies, write test plans, and report defects with clarity and accuracy
- Build scalable and maintainable automated test frameworks
- Ensure compliance with security and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with test automation tools: Appium, Selenium, QTP, JUnit
- Programming experience with Java, Python, and/or C#
- Experience with Spring Boot, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, ArgoCD)
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS/GKE)
- Knowledge of monitoring/alerting tools such as Nagios, New Relic, GCP, or Splunk
- Understanding of public cloud platforms (Azure or OCI)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience working in Agile development teams
