The Americas biofuels and feedstock pricing team is responsible for key pricing benchmarks across the region.**The Impact**: We are seeking a price specialist with biofuels market experience, able to drive our biofuels and feedstocks pricing coverage in Brazil. This is an exciting opportunity to steer S&P Global Commodity Insights Biofuels and feedstocks assessments from inception to adoption as price benchmarks**What’s in it for you**:Opportunities to represent S&P Global Commodity Insights at industry events, face-to-face meetings, presenting at conferences, webinars, podcasts or other interviews and to further develop S&P Global as a significant presence in the biofuels spaceAssist in identifying, developing, and executing new price assessment opportunities in the biofuels markets**Responsibilities**:Driving market coverage on biofuels in Brazil and Argentina, reporting on daily physical trading activity as well as bids, offers and other relevant informationBuilding and managing our database of contacts, seek potential new sources to contribute to our assessment process and develop a close business relationship with market participantsIdentifying opportunities to refine methodology and help launch new price assessmentsWriting a weekly commentary and daily assessment rationale explaining the trends driving pricesCreating news stories and multi-media coverageRepresenting Platts at industry events as well as in face-to-face meetings with market participants to drive market adoptionWork closely with relevant units across the organization such as commercial, analytics and news.**What We’re Looking For**:Basic Qualifications**:Two to five years’ experience of biofuels market or comparable agriculture market, accompanying awareness of exchange traded derivatives a benefitStrong communication skills that demonstrate good listening, clear writing style, and strong verbal skills.
