Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry – Nexer Telescope. Sweden needs skilled engineers. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. The role involves helping engineers move to Sweden and supporting them through relocation, visa, housing, and other practical arrangements.

Job Description

As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, a Swedish executive management team, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics. We take care of visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage engineers in IT who may be interested in relocating to Sweden.
• Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust throughout the process.
• Coordinate with a global recruitment team and Swedish delivery management to handle relocation logistics.
• Assist with visa and work permit processes, travel arrangements, housing, and related needs.
• Collaborate with clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, and application development.
• Plan and execute recruitment efforts with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
• Uphold Nexer Telescope values of joy, trust, and professionalism while helping engineers and their families establish a new career and life in Sweden.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience (documented in CV).
• A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
• Highly service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
• High quality standards and strong brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
• Self-confident, social, friendly, and highly self-motivated.
• Resilient and persistent; able to view a 'no' as motivation to continue.
• Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
• Responsive, responsible, and presenting a professional appearance.

Employment Details

• Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
• Work hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
• Overtime: 1:1 compensation in flex.
• Location: Work from home or a co-location center of your choice.
• Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
• Benefits: Free national holidays (with maintained payment), 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
