As an ICS Community Manager, you will make an impact by being responsible for managing communities around products. You will be a valued member of the team and collaborate with internal teams to support the client's online communities worldwide.

In This Role, You Will
  • Join a global team that manages Product Specialists supporting Spanish language communities worldwide.
  • Work model: Hybrid. The position requires 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo, SP.
  • Support work-life balance through various wellbeing programs. Role expectations may change based on project and business needs.
What You Need To Have To Be Considered
  • Advanced English proficiency for meetings and communication.
  • Advanced Spanish language skills, as you will serve clients in native Spanish.
  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Structured problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Strong communication skills (listening, reading/writing, verbal).
  • Experience working with goals and exceeding client expectations.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Google products and community management.
  • Experience with Sheets, Docs, and Slides for reporting purposes.
