Enablement Process & Curriculum Operations Leader This position oversees the operational backbone behind internal training systems, documentation frameworks, and methodology governance. The Enablement Process & Curriculum Operations Leader maintains a single source of truth for processes, training curricula, templates, and onboarding structures. Main Responsibilities Process Documentation & Knowledge Harvesting: Interview team members, observe workflows, and extract tribal knowledge. Translate informal processes into clear documentation, SOPs, and structured modules. Template Governance & Content Management: Own the lifecycle and organization of business materials, go-to-market assets, and internal consulting resources. Audit and update templates on a regular cadence. Training Curriculum & LMS Development: Convert existing training materials into structured learning management system modules. Build quizzes, assessments, practice exercises, and progress tracking workflows. Onboarding Coordination: Develop a structured onboarding flow for new consultants. Ensure every new hire follows the correct learning path and completes required modules.
