As a vital member of our workforce solutions team, the MSP Delivery Specialist plays a key role in driving program success. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers and suppliers to facilitate the requisition life cycle, ensuring seamless candidate sourcing and delivery. Support large-scale hiring initiatives and contribute to data integrity projects, supplier rationalization efforts, and operational optimization. Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment, prioritizing timely and accurate submissions. Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to drive engagement and ensure program goals are met. Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive experience for all stakeholders through proactive communication and issue resolution. Utilize industry-leading tools such as Beeline and leverage applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to drive process efficiency and quality outcomes. Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs by maintaining accurate records and submitting required documentation on time. Provide support for reporting, analytics, and client-specific initiatives, driving business growth and strategic insights. This role serves as a key point of contact for client hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective requisition management, compliance, and operational excellence.
