Job Description In this role, you will report to the Head of Strategy and Operations to drive efficiency, improve processes, and deliver strategic initiatives that enable the business to operate at its best. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing cross-functional strategic initiatives, aligning priorities across stakeholders, monitoring progress against milestones, and assisting with planning, forecasting, and resource allocation. You will work closely with the Content Design team to review workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Additionally, you will build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and deliver insights that inform decision-making. Key Responsibilities Project & Strategic Support: Coordinate and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives, align priorities across stakeholders, monitor progress against milestones, and assist with planning, forecasting, and resource allocation. Data Analysis & Insights: Collect and analyze information to identify business trends and provide actionable recommendations. Process Optimization: Review workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and deliver insights that inform decision-making. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI experience preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive problem-solver who can translate business needs into practical solutions.
