【Responsibilities】

  • Benefits Administration: Manage and oversee the end-to-end benefits enrollment and administration process for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies and local regulations.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Stay current with local labor laws, benefits-related tax requirements, and social security regulations to ensure all benefits programs are compliant with legal standards.
  • Data Accuracy and Reporting: Review, audit, and reconcile benefits data to ensure accuracy. Generate and analyze benefits reports for internal stakeholders and external audits.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external benefits providers and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align benefits processes with company policies and ensure accurate employee data management.
  • Employee Communication: Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to inform employees about benefits offerings and changes.
  • Benefits Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement benefits strategies that align with company goals.

【Qualifications】

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or related HR role.
  • Proficiency in benefits management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
