About the Job This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior or Team Lead from the payments industry to join a fast-growing international fintech company. You will be a key regional figure responsible for merchant and customer relations operations in Brazil, as part of the global Account Management team. Responsibilities: Effectively handle incoming leads, demonstrate technical sales skills, and deliver presentations to potential and existing merchants. Establish and maintain professional relationships with merchants to enhance their experience. Achieve strategic and financial targets for assigned merchant accounts by focusing on merchant needs. Gather merchant feedback, evaluate evolving needs, and communicate insights to relevant teams. Coordinate the expansion of Customer Success operations in Brazil, liaising with involved departments. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in key account management, customer support, sales, or business development within the payments or card acquiring industry. Senior or team lead experience is a plus. University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all management levels. Ability to work independently, solve complex challenges, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
