The ideal person will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, designing business growth initiatives, and collaborating closely with internal teams to maximize the impact of our solutions in the Brazilian market. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and strategic alliances, especially in Brazil. Design and propose commercial strategies to drive the company\'s growth in the Brazilian market. Analyze market trends, competition, and specific regulations of the Brazilian market to guide strategic planning. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize service offerings in Brazil. Generate reports and analyses on commercial performance in Brazil and propose improvements. What we value University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in sales, consulting, strategy, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS companies focused on HR. Proven experience working in Brazil, with deep knowledge of its dynamics, cultures, and commercial trends. Bilingual/Native proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish. Knowledge of English will be a highly valued plus. Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Strategic vision and ability to detect growth opportunities.
