Analista de NOC
Estamos buscando um profissional de NOC que fará parte de uma equipe multidiciplinar, com foco na excelência em seus atendimentos e atividades. O profissional deverá ter postura exemplar, bem como boa comunição (escrita e verbal) resiliência para trabalhar em ambientes desafiadores e saber ter desenvoltura em diversos cenários junto aos nossos clientes.
Buscamos alguém com sede de conhecimento, para desenvolver suas competências e construir uma carreira técnica sólida, a partir da interação com operadoras, fabricantes e clientes para garantir a melhor experiência de suporte.
Quais serão suas responsabilidades?

  • Realizar atendimento de requisições e incidentes relacionados as tecnologias de LAN, WAN, WLAN dentro dos prazos de SLAs acordados;
  • Gerenciamento de todo o ciclo de chamados e condução de troubleshooting junto as operadoras, fabricantes e clientes;
  • Responder e diagnosticar todos os alertas, escalonar para o engenheiro de N2 quando não conseguir resolver.
  • Garantir que os incidentes sejam atualizados com detalhes de progresso e resolução em tempo hábil usando a plataforma necessária;
  • Seguir os procedimentos de transferência necessários para mudanças de turno para garantir a continuidade do serviço;
  • Conduzir troubleshooting de incidentes críticos para resolução de problemas e identificação da causa raiz.
O que esperamos que você possua?
  • Boas habilidades de comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita;
  • Experiência de 1 ano ou mais com atuação em suporte técnico à infraestrutura de redes e monitoração;
  • Graduação em Tecnologia da Informação ou Computação ou área relacionada;
  • Certificação CCNA (será um diferencial);
  • Experiência básica em Switches Cisco Catalyst (operação e troubleshooting);
  • Experiência nível básico em suporte técnico a clientes;
  • Experiência em diagnóstico e solução de problemas;
  • Experiência fornecendo suporte remoto em tecnologias LAN, WAN e WLAN;
  • Entendimento de nível básico de roteamento e comutação de rede;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de gerenciamento Zabbix/Grafana e protocolo SNMP;
  • Conhecimento em ferramenta de ITSM.
