What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound activity, events, and referrals to close new managed services contracts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor contract lifecycles, initiate renewal discussions, and negotiate favorable terms
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare strategic account plans to align services with client needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven success in full-cycle MSSP or IT services sales, including new business development and account management
  • Experience navigating complex sales environments and client organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • A+, NET+, and Microsoft certifications preferred; SEC+, CISSP, or other cybersecurity-related certifications are a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams
