About The Role
DNV is seeking a Business Support (Planner). This role will be serving our Business Assurance team.
This role will be based out of our DNV São Paulo office.
What You'll Do

  • Perform scheduling/planning process in accordance with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Communicate continually with client and auditor to confirm schedule.
  • Support and enable the qualifications and competence initiatives.
  • Ensuring effectiveness and efficient management of scheduling activities.
  • Maximise utilisation of resources while ensuring lower operation cost.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Understand and have in consideration logistics/georgraphic implications when planning.
  • Business (commercial) or administrative experience will be valued.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with customer relationship in different channels (telephone, e-mail, chat).
  • Multitasking.
  • Self organized.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proactive.
  • Team oriented.
  • Preferred a good communication level of Spanish.
  • Good knowledge of English.
