As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for elaborating financial reports, projections, analysis, building dashboards and presentations, and being hands-on, which means finding ways to solve a problem.**Responsibilities**- Collect information on costs, expenses, and revenues of business units to present financial projections;- Build cost transformation analysis, including cutting unnecessary costs while maintaining or enhancing value creation;- Investment & project feasibility analysis;- Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Free Cash Flow, statement of equity, and statement of comprehensive income;- Present variations of real x budgeted and real x previous year;- Budgeting, CAPEX and OPEX analysis and forecast elaboration;- Forecast studies and strategic planning preparation to support the creation of business plans;- Aim improvement opportunities, bringing corrective actions to increase profitability;- Projection of revenue, costs, expenses, and investments;- Develop financial monitoring indicators;- Analyze financial operations metrics;**Skills and qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economy- Previous experience in FP&A, Financial Advisory or Management Consulting- Knowledge of detailed P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow analysis- Strong communication skills & profound analytical skills- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (Office or Google)- Fluent in English**Nice to have**- Experience in B2B tech companies or related business**What we offer**- Competitive compensation package (salary + benefits)- Friendly and collaborative work environment and team members;- Ease of access to managers/directors board as well as other teams;- Focus on continuous growth and career development;**Salary**: R$4,000.00 - R$4,500.00 per year
