Www.Hcltech.ComYour role and responsibilities:- Ensure SLA adherence and process compliance (ITIL awareness)- Mentor and train team members- Handle tickets, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot technical issues- Lead installation, configuration, migration, and upgrade activities- Define and enforce operational processes- Maximize system uptime and manage BASIS activities- Collaborate with functional teams on cutover strategies and post-implementation supportTechnical Expertise:- SAP server installation/configuration (ABAP, Java, ABAP+Java stacks)- High Availability setup (Unix/Windows)- SAP BASIS server administration and RCA for escalated issues- Kickstart environment setup and maintenance- End-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clients- SAP version and EHP upgrades- Performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across app, DB, and OS- Strong understanding of NetWeaver components (EP, PI, BI, ECC, CRM, SRM, SolMan, TREX, MDM)- Oracle DB, BRTools, SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Linux/Windows admin- Advanced English- Available for hybrid work in São Paulo SP, Curitiba PR or São Leopoldo RSSoft Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication- Strong documentation and MS Office skills (Project, Visio)- Customer-centric mindset with high adaptability- Ability to manage unforeseen situations and drive valueAdditional Experience:- Production systems and data center operations- Server migration, patching, and upgrade experienceCertifications Preferred:SAP BASIS, NetWeaver, Solution Manager, OS/DB MigrationPlease submit resumé in English.
