Overview Campaign Marketing Manager – Brazil and CASSA (Central America Spanish South America). This role at Sony Interactive Entertainment focuses on developing and executing regional marketing campaigns to support brand, hardware, software, and peripheral strategies, aligning with global marketing while resonating with local audiences. What you’ll be doing Marketing Campaign Management: lead campaign management for Brand, HW, 1st & 3rd Party software, and PS initiatives according to fiscal year priorities and launches. Collaborate with Global Media teams to develop local service campaigns (PS Store, Plus, PSD). Work with Global Product Marketing to disseminate product information, provide local market nuance feedback, and evangelize product internally. Lead local marketing activity throughout the product lifecycle, coordinating with internal departments (Sales, Trade Marketing, Communications, Operations, Finance) as the first point of contact on owned projects. Plan, brief, localisation and execution of global marketing campaigns, including paid media and multichannel outputs, ensuring timely approvals. Guard the PlayStation brand and software IP through management, development, and approval of brand assets on campaigns. Collaborate with Marketing Analytics and Media Manager to: Utilize research materials and player insights to understand audience impact against KPIs. Incorporate local market nuances to create contextually impactful campaigns within global strategies. Partner on consumer engagement activities (events, social media, community initiatives) that resonate with local audiences. Assist Consumer Experience in developing campaign materials for retail channels. Develop relationships with 3rd party partners to implement global marketing partnerships meeting KPIs. Coordinate with other Campaign Managers to ensure activations form a coherent campaign and brand positioning. Manage external agencies to ensure timely development of marketing assets and related activities. Create ad hoc campaign status/summary reports for regional and global use. Participate in local/regional groups to address business challenges and opportunities. Be the voice of the player to maintain customer focus while meeting business goals. Monitor competitive products and activity to ensure PlayStation campaigns deliver market-leading results. Oversee budget management, PO processing, and ongoing analysis of open POs to enable timely reinvestment. Administration Budget and time management: define budgets, review thoroughly before approval, and keep within approved limits; coordinate with agencies to deliver content on time. Monthly budget forecasting and financial administration related to agencies and hard costs. Monitor social sentiment and consumer reaction to announcements and share with partners across the SIE territory and Global business. Deliver comprehensive post-launch evaluations detailing performance, insights, results versus metrics, and findings. What we’re looking for +5 years of brand/product/campaign and activations management experience, ideally with consumer-facing brands/products. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field OR equivalent experience. Fluent in Spanish (conversation and writing). Fluent in English (conversation and writing). Fluent in Portuguese (conversation and writing). Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, written and presentation skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team with minimal direction. Strong stakeholder and external partner management at local and global levels. Proactive, with a can-do attitude; naturally collaborative with strong relationship-building. Interest in consumer insights, data-driven creativity, and leveraging insights to address challenges. Love for video games or appreciation for interactive entertainment; industry experience is highly regarded. Team player with involvement across marketing and other functions.
