Position: Solution Customer Success Manager (S-CSM) - Growth Unit Sustainability Latin America Location: São Paulo - SP Type: Permanent, Full-time Your Future RoleAs the Solution Customer Success Manager (S-CSM), you will proactively engage with our customers to help them achieve lifetime business value and success in our business solution area. Working closely with key and executive stakeholders, you will use your business and solution expertise to accelerate value attainment and ensure customer success. You will be accountable for the success of the Sustainability solution and responsible for customer outcomes across the enterprise. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Value Realization by building trust through collaboration, aligned goals, and strong business relationships. Validate and confirm customers' business goals and desired outcomes. Engage proactively and consistently with customers, understanding the Partner's involvement.
