Strategy & Planning manager We are seeking a Strategy & Planning Manager to plan and execute projects to sustain business growth and achieve the long-term vision of 99Abastece, a fuel marketplace developed by 99 that connects drivers and gas stations. Role Responsibilities Execute researches in order to increase market understanding and create business thesis. Develop business cases to assess potential impact from those projects. Create actions plans and roadmaps to deploy the projects. Execute tasks and manage stakeholders to ensure that all teams involved are aligned and moving on the direction defined on the roadmap. Track performance of the initiatives after launch and run future business improvements. Role Qualifications Proven track record in strategy and business management positions. Strong execution and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Capacity to translate insights into inputs to make decisions. Experience with team leadership. Experience with project and stakeholder management. Capacity to work with high autonomy and handling high levels of uncertainty and changes. Advanced skills in English. Availability to work at the office 3x per week in São Paulo. Previous experience in volatile environments, like the technology industry. Knowledge of SQL.
