Talent Acquisition Role We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to support our R&D teams in identifying and hiring top talent for Tech and Product roles. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our global business. You will be part of an established global TA team, collaborating closely with business leaders to attract and hire the best candidates for commercial and finance functions. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and execute the entire recruitment process for roles within our Tech and Product functions. Consultative Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers, People Partners, and Finance Partners to share industry trends, compensation insights, and competitor updates. Educate Hiring Managers: Provide guidance on best practices, recruitment strategies, and process improvements to enhance their hiring practices. End-to-End Process Management: Manage all aspects of the hiring process, including writing job advertisements, posting ads, sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews, and extending job offers. ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support DEI: Promote and support our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through continuous improvement initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Engage in projects with the TA team to implement process changes that enhance our ability to identify and attract talent. Data-Driven Storytelling: Analyze your performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for development, and share these insights with the team. Qualifications: Proven experience in a talent acquisition/recruiting role, managing end-to-end recruitment for commercial vacancies. Commercial & Finance Insight: Understanding the importance of the Tech/Engineering and Product functions within a global business. ATS Proficiency: Ability to maintain and manage an accurate ATS. Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to drive recruitment strategies. Collaborative Mindset: Strong team player who can collaborate effectively to address challenges and develop solutions. Proactive Sourcing: Willingness to source candidates proactively to find the right expertise. Bonus Points If You Have: Previous experience using the Smart Recruiters ATS.
