Vamos te apoiar e ajudar a acelerar sua carreiraEstamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Back-end altamente qualificado para integrar nossa equipe.**Responsabilidades Principais**:- Desenvolver e manter aplicações utilizando Java e Spring Framework- Garantir a alta qualidade do código, seguindo as melhores práticas e realizando revisões de código- Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para definir, projetar e entregar novas funcionalidades- Identificar e resolver problemas técnicos de forma ágil- Escrever e manter documentação técnica**Requisitos**:- Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento Java- Proficiência no Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.)- Familiaridade com bancos de dados relacionais e/ou NoSQL- Habilidades avançadas de resolução de problemas e depuração de código- Experiência com sistemas de controle de versão (por exemplo, Git)- Inglês avançado**Diferenciais**:- Conhecimento em serviços AWS (altamente desejável)- Experiência com Node.js ou tecnologias frontend (mesmo que em nível básico)**POR QUE CAPCO**:Na **Capco** promovemos uma cultura inclusiva.
