Come and be diverse with us; be part of our team OverviewWhat we expect you to have, and what you will do, as part of a generalist legal role supporting commercial operations in Brazil. What we expect you to haveCompleted degree in Law Previous experience working with or within multinational companies; experience in the food industry is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures Proven ability to work with complex legal issues and provide practical, business-oriented solutions What you will doProvide legal support for commercial operations in Brazil, including contract drafting and negotiation (e.g., supply, distribution, service, and licensing agreements), Labour, Litigation, Corporate, IP and regulatory compliance Advise business units on all legal matters and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations Manage external counsel relationships Advise business stakeholders on litigation risks, assess potential exposure and costs, and provide mitigation actions Conduct training and education for internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters Monitor and respond to legal developments and regulatory changes in Brazil Work modelHybrid work model: 40% remote work.
