Come and be diverse with us; be part of our team Overview What we expect you to have, and what you will do, as part of a generalist legal role supporting commercial operations in Brazil. What we expect you to have Completed degree in Law Previous experience working with or within multinational companies; experience in the food industry is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures Proven ability to work with complex legal issues and provide practical, business-oriented solutions What you will do Provide legal support for commercial operations in Brazil, including contract drafting and negotiation (e.g., supply, distribution, service, and licensing agreements), Labour, Litigation, Corporate, IP and regulatory compliance Advise business units on all legal matters and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations Manage external counsel relationships Advise business stakeholders on litigation risks, assess potential exposure and costs, and provide mitigation actions Conduct training and education for internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters Monitor and respond to legal developments and regulatory changes in Brazil Work model Hybrid work model: 40% remote work. Office days are flexible and agreed with your manager. Our office is located in São Paulo, right next to the Pinheiros subway station.
