- Plastics: With new technology trends, our plastic additives can be experienced in many everyday items including vinyl, blow-molding bottles, film, rigid containers, PVC plastics, siding, decks and rails, foam pipes and profile formulations, window frames and high-efficiency lubricants.
- Industrial intermediates: As the product of a reaction that is beneficial when used as a precursor chemical for another product, industrial intermediates can take on many shapes and forms. Ours are used in home comfort and appliance, building and construction, adhesives and lubricants, and more.
- Coatings: Whether it’s a water-based coating or solvent-based coating, a thin film is deposited on materials to enhance specific properties such as enhanced performance, durability, aesthetics, and sustainability.

**Responsibilities / Duties**
- Assists BPL to drive work stream/sub-process level activities as needed to support their respective areas.
- Collaborates and participates in strategy definition with global and regional peers, business and functional stakeholders.
- Facilitates training, mentoring, knowledge transfer and coaching across various levels of support model.
- Interfaces with DSS for system development, support and issue resolution of regional requirements.
- Assists BPL to define and document Global/Regional Work Process and System Solutions, continuous improvements and manage the implementation of it across the globe.
- Supports BPL in resolving issues, explaining functionality, gathering Global Work Process requirement changes, and insuring work process knowledge transfer.
- Participates in reviews with Global Business Process Team to resolve issues, explain functionality, gather Global Work Process requirement changes, and insure work process knowledge transfer.
- Accountable to possess in-depth understanding and knowledge of the work process, systems, tools and metrics.
- Supports corporate initiatives and projects executed by the DSS organization, which may include requirements gathering, evaluation, testing set up and execution, data transition and migration activities, and implementation.
- Monitors consistency between promised and delivered value to our customers.
- Identifies gaps in Global Work Processes driven from external best practices and new emerging technologies.
- Leads projects that are cross-functional/business/area/work process in nature, either individually or under the guidance of a Business Process Leader.
- Participates in Corporate initiatives and projects executed by the DSS organization, which may include requirements gathering, evaluation, testing set up and execution, data transition and migration activities, and implementation.
**Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
- Education: Bachelor´s Degree
- Intermediate English Language Skills
