Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in formulating talent plans, leading recruitment efforts, and implementing performance management systems.
  • You will assist business departments in identifying strategic goals and operational needs, providing customized human resource solutions, and driving achievement of organizational objectives.
  • A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You will be responsible for managing employee onboarding, regularization, transfers, and resignation processes, as well as preventing and resolving labor issues.
  • In addition, you will identify bottlenecks in organizational development and optimize organizational structure; design and implement talent training programs, such as high-potential talent development and tier construction.
  • You will foster dissemination and practice of corporate culture within business teams, organize employee activities, and enhance team cohesion and employee satisfaction.
  • Regularly, you will produce human resource data analysis reports (e.g., turnover rate, workforce efficiency, utilization rate, etc.) to provide decision-making support for management.
