As a BDR for the Mid-Market CPG industry, you will play a pivotal role in Pipefy's Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Your mission will be to generate and qualify high-quality opportunities for our sales team, with a strategic focus on how Pipefy can solve complex operational challenges for clients in this sector.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and Proactive Prospecting: Engage consistently with potential new accounts and existing customers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor within the CPG industry.
  • Market Intelligence and Research: Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, identifying industry pain points and mapping key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Multi-Channel ABM Execution: Implement targeted campaigns for key accounts using social selling, cold calling, email, and event participation, coordinating efforts with the marketing team.
  • GTM and Marketing Feedback Loop: Provide market insights to refine messaging, product positioning, and GTM strategy for the CPG vertical.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to strengthen Pipefy's presence and help close deals.
  • Building a Qualified Pipeline: Develop a pipeline of well-qualified opportunities ready for the buying process.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the GTM team to optimize growth campaigns and identify product-market fit gaps specific to the CPG industry.
