Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned engineer to lead the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full‑time Manager of IT. The role combines end‑user support, endpoint management, IAM automation, and cloud‑based IT operations. You will be the first point of contact for employees, manage technology onboarding and retrieval, and design and maintain our corporate cloud and network infrastructure. You will work closely with cybersecurity, engineering, marketing, HR, and customer success. Your responsibilities include building automation scripts, managing SaaS applications, configuring MDM/EMM solutions, and improving SSO/IDP tools. Responsibilities Provide first‑line IT support to employees via Slack, Jira, and other channels. Procure, configure, deploy, and maintain technology equipment for new and departing employees. Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management using Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, and other MDM tools. Configure and maintain SaaS applications: Google Workspace (GSuite), Slack, Okta, Jira, Netsuite, and others. Build, test, document, and maintain automation scripts (bash, zsh, Python) and infrastructure‑as‑code workflows. Design, implement, and manage corporate cloud‑first infrastructure and network components. Ensure compliance with security best practices (CIS Benchmarks, Nudge, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Diagnose and resolve incidents, prioritizing tickets and completing them to closure. Collaborate on projects, write clear help articles, and contribute to continuous improvement of knowledge bases. Qualifications 7+ years of SaaS systems administration experience (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Strong scripting skills in bash, zsh, Python, or similar. Experience with open‑source automation tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki). Proficient with SSO integration and Okta workflow configuration. Ability to integrate third‑party APIs and automate cross‑system processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of writing clear, concise help documentation. Knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching. Experience troubleshooting across OSI layers and applying methodical troubleshooting steps. Strong organizational and task‑management skills; able to self‑manage and scope projects across teams. Nice to Have Familiarity with AWS environments. Experience using GAM and command‑line tools for Google Workspace. Jamf, Okta, or Google Workspace certifications. Remote‑work experience and ability to support global teams.
