Application Support Engineer, Trilogy (Remote) - $60,000/year USD Join Trilogy, a leading provider of AI‑driven customer support solutions. This role is a full‑time, contractor position based remotely, supporting our 100+ enterprise software products. Base Pay $30.00/hr – $30.00/hr (equivalent to $60,000/year) What You Will Be Doing Solve complex technical issues that have defeated our advanced AI systems. Analyze patterns in escalated tickets to identify AI improvement opportunities. Contribute technical expertise to enhance AI capabilities across multiple enterprise products. Master new products rapidly to maintain exceptional resolution standards. Implement creative solutions for our most challenging customer problems. What You Won’t Be Doing Handling routine tickets that our AI can resolve. Taking two months to get up to speed. Relying on managers for solutions. Working within a single product silo. Key Responsibilities Bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and complex technical challenges to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while continuously improving our AI systems. Basic Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support roles. Advanced generative AI proficiency beyond basic use cases. Exceptional self‑learning capabilities with a proven track record of mastering complex technical concepts independently. Current residence in North or South America.
