**Preferred Qualifications**
We are looking for a passionate, organized and analytical person to join our team in Oracle NetSuite Latin America as a Marketing Operations and Analytics Specialist based in São Paulo, Brazil.
As part of an international organization and of a team covering the entire Latin America, applicants are required to read, write and speak fluently in English and Portuguese. Knowledge of Spanish is desirable, as this role will be communicating daily in all three languages.
This role will be reporting to the NetSuite Marketing Director.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead marketing planning discussions together with manager. Propose targets based on historical performance, external factors and leadership requirements. Align Marketing commitments and asks with other stakeholder teams and leadership.
- Create, maintain and present controls to manage Marketing Budget spend; Instill compliant budget execution processes within Marketing team; Report budget metrics to global Finance teams.
- Lead quarterly and yearly budget allocation discussions based on targets, historical performance and spend. Develop and submit business cases for budget asks whenever necessary.
- Create, maintain and present campaign performance reports, year over year growth and target attainment. Analyze performance, identify risks, propose and execute cross-team actions to correct issues.
- Clearly communicate Marketing’s actions, results and contribution through data, to a broad audience of stakeholders.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of experience in operations, strategy, planning, analytics or business intelligence.
- Proven skills in strategic planning, organization, supporting data-oriented decision-making, working with multiple stakeholders involved
- Desirable background in Software or Technology industry and/or Marketing.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English and Portuguese. Spanish is valued but not required. Good communication skills.
- Ability to work with an international team with daily interaction through digital communication tools.
- Ideal personality traits - Driven, proactive, responsible, curious, organized, team player, problem-solver and data orientated.
- Fast learner, able to adapt to process changes, keen attention to detail
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
As a member of the global Channel Marketing organization, establish joint marketing plans with partners and identify effective distribution channels to promote Oracle's products, services, and business programs in support of Corporate objectives. Drive delivery of the Oracle message and monitor business results of e-marketing by acting as an integration point for all marketing initiatives within your product or geography.
Manage advertising / public relations and communication activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control; as defined and communicated by higher management. Provide subordinates with best practice solutions: this will include coaching and development of team members, to meet business goals. Disseminate key corporate information to the geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Liaise with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the geography. Ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a geographical basis as needed. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needs.
