
Marketing Analytics and Operations Specialist

The Marketing Analytics and Operations Specialist plays a unique role within the greater Marketing Operations team. This person will oversee day-to-day activities and take on strategic initiatives and projects to help maintain and evolve the team's role within the Marketing department and beyond. The role will focus on building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analyses to inform the marketing team. The role requires excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail.
This role can be based out of our São Paulo office or remotely in the South America region.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Leverage technologies, tools, and data to measure and prove success, gaps and opportunities through exploratory trend analysis
- Extract and analyse large data sets to report to deliver meaningful insights
- Lead analytical deep dives to understand funnel drivers and opportunities for marketing performance improvement
- Partner with internal marketing teams to develop dashboard roadmaps to define analytical insights and associated capabilities
- Serve as an authoritative resource on standard metrics, methodologies, and domain knowledge for the marketing organization
- Sift through large amounts of marketing data and omnichannel marketing interactions to make recommendations on ideal marketing mix and ideal customer journeys
- Implementation - Own the rollout of new analytical reports, including how-to guides and enablement materials post-launch
- Ad Hoc reporting on Web Trends and behaviour. (and go the extra mile on analysis and investigations)
- Assist in GA and Amplitude enablement as a business user
- Close support in big Web releases and Experimentations (New homepage, Personalization, etc.).
- Manage and maintain Web and Attribution DW queries
- Understand our Web-related stack (Google Analytics, Segment, Amplitude, Tag Manager, etc.) holistically and in technical detail to proactively help monitor and diagnose issues
- Build scalable reporting on an as-needed basis to support marketing teams in understanding performance. Dashboard maintenance/improvements. (Tableau)
- Support strategic ad-hoc analyses (e.g. marketing activity audit)
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience in a marketing analytics/operations role
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel and data visualisation tools
- Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills
- Curiosity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Collaboration with cross-team stakeholders
**Bonus points if**:
- Experience with Google Analytics, Big Query, Segment, Tableau, Amplitude
- Experience with advanced database segmentation
- SQL or NO-SQL Experience
- Experimentations and A/B Testing experience
