The OpportunityAs a manager in Adobe's Global Marketing Organization (GMO), you will help develop and optimize the LATAM DME Digital marketing strategy. Collaboration with local and international colleagues is crucial to achieve Adobe's ambitious goals for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.
You will create innovative marketing ideas for the LATAM market that inspire audiences, encourage product adoption, and build long-term value. You must understand data and be customer-focused to succeed in this fast-paced, matrix organization.
What You’ll Do- Develop and drive LATAM marketing strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and conversion for Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat portfolios.
- Manage full-funnel marketing programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams from Media, PR & Social, Lifecycle Marketing & Adobe.com.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to complete annual strategies and business goals.
- Lead marketing innovation and creativity, using audience insights and marketing analytics to develop plans that achieve business targets and important metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships to optimize consumer journeys, set up new strategic partnerships, and build compelling content and messaging.
- Programme manage campaign launches, including managing creative agencies and communicating details and timelines to cross-functional teams and business leads.
- Manage forecasts and budgets for marketing programs in connection with quarterly and annual plans, working closely with the budget and operations team. Track campaign budgets and performance against defined metrics.
- Participate in quarterly business and marketing reviews, contributing to the ‘narrative’ for LATAM.
- Apply data analytics and research insights to identify key drivers for growth and optimization.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and our customers.
- 3-5 years of B2C digital marketing experience working on software/technology brands with an understanding of digital marketing in LATAM.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Clear communicator with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies passionate about outcomes.
- Experience managing full-funnel campaigns including digital, social media, influencer marketing, and transcreation of global campaigns for local markets.
- Experience working with agencies to craft compelling messages that captivate audiences and offer them relevant solutions.
- Customer-first approach, understanding their needs and motivations to build outstanding experiences and successful customer journeys.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization and collaborate with individuals at various levels.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree required.
- Knowledge of Adobe products is highly desirable.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Portuguese, Spanish.
