Job summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented professional to join our HR team as recruiter.
The main goal is to lead and support end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and helping attract top talent aligned with the company’s culture and values.
key responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from profile alignment with hiring managers to onboarding new team members;

  • Act as a strategic partner to managers and stakeholders, understanding hiring needs and proposing tailored solutions;

  • Ensure a positive, transparent, and welcoming candidate experience throughout all stages of the selection process;

  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies focused on technology, infrastructure, and preferably igaming talent;

  • Utilize specialized tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage high-performing candidates;

  • Collaborate with international teams, communicating clearly and effectively in advanced or fluent English;

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in technical and leadership role recruitment, preferably in tech or igaming companies;
  • Proficiency in recruitment and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping;
  • Knowledge on HR tools and softwares;
  • Experience with human organization development;
  • Advanced level of English for international positions recruitment (mandatory)
Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience in the igaming sector or high-performance digital environments;
