Job Title: Leadership Opportunity in Cellular Therapy Management

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage the onboarding and ongoing performance of Apheresis and Treatment Centres for CAR-T cell Therapies.

This role will serve as the technical operations single point of contact for Apheresis and Treatment Centres within a designated region, requiring effective management of contract employees. The position is remotely based, with regional travel up to 75% of time required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with Apheresis, Cell Lab, and Treatment Centre Staff for assigned regions, working closely with Clinical and Commercial CAR-T teams to establish apheresis collection footprints, coordinating with internal teams and collection site staff to ensure successful onboarding activities, communicating collection site on-boarding status and developing mitigation plans for delayed timelines, performing technical site assessments, training collection center staff, providing Quality Systems support by participating in deviation activities, monitoring vendor performance and capacity after site launch, managing rollout of process changes and collecting VOC feedback, and representing the department on cross-functional project teams.
