We are seeking a Sales Representative with expertise in biologics and gene therapy services to join our team in Brazil.This field-based role will focus on building relationships, promoting products, and expanding market presence.Responsibilities:Promote gene therapy services and capabilities to hospitals, clinics, and biotech companies.BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY OPINION LEADERS, RESEARCH INSTITUTIONS, PROCUREMENT TEAMS, AND DECISION-MAKERS.Develop sales plans, territory strategies, and meet revenue targets.Communicate technical service offerings and differentiate them from competitors.Collaborate with Business Development, Technical, and Quality teams to ensure proposals align with service capabilities.Monitor the competitive landscape, client needs, and customer feedback to inform marketing/sales strategy.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.2-4 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices.Solid understanding of biologics/gene therapy manufacturing services and regulatory requirements.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.Portuguese fluency required; English proficiency strongly preferred.This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading CDMO specializing in gene therapy.We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
