Responsável pelo processo de planejamento e entrega de projetos de Consultoria envolvendo negócios e tecnologias de alta complexidade, em paralelo apoiando a área comercial e de pré-vendas no processo de comercialização. O profissional deverá compor uma atuação estratégica conjunta com outras áreas da Logicalis quando necessário, visando a agregação de valor aos clientes.
Estará a cargo de todo o ciclo de serviços profissionais e geração de valor aos clientes: prospecção, pré-venda, relacionamento com clientes, entendimento das demandas, aplicação de metodologias e coordenação de entregas de projetos.
Apoiar a organização na implementação de políticas, procedimentos, estruturas para o gerenciamento eficaz de estruturas de T ecnologias de A utomação (TA) e T ecnologias da Informação (T I ) ; e laborar, revisar e identificar oportunidades de melhorias através da aplicação de soluções tecnológicas
Identificar e gerir expectativas dos Stakeholders internos e externos do cliente final, garantindo a sua correta implantação e operacionalização
Atuar ativamente na implementação de melhorias nos processos de TA e TI, prezando por: avaliação das criticidades levantadas junto as múltiplas áreas clientes, propondo melhorias nos processos relacionados à governança de tecnologias, de acordo com as melhores práticas e normativos aplicáveis.
Relacionar-se com equipes multidisciplinares e em diversos níveis hierárquico s, bem como parceiros e fornecedores, colocando-se como ponto focal da Governança de TI e TA
Deverá apoia r a entrega de projetos com responsabilidades por:
- Plan ejamento e c ronograma geral do Projeto
- Elaboração e entrega de relatórios e apresentações com abordagens recomendadas
- Gerenciamento de riscos
- Monitoramento e Controle do andamento do projeto
- Gerenciamento e negociação de mudanças junto ao cliente frente
- Avaliações de maturidade e conformidade de soluções e processos industriais ( TA )
- Suportar e desenvolve r orçamento s para implantação de soluções relacionadas a T ecnologias de Automação (TA)
**Qualificações**
Experiência Desejada - e xperi ê ncia profissional de mais de 8 anos na área de Consultoria de Tecnologia ou posições correlatas a tecnologias e automação industrial
**Requisitos**:
- Formação: Curso superior em Engenharia, Automação e Controle, Ciências da computação, Análise de sistemas e outras disciplinas aplicáveis.
- Desejável pós-graduação na área de projetos, tecnologias e similares.
- Idiomas: Inglês nível avançado (verbal e escrito ) e espanhol nível intermediário
Conhecimentos Específicos Desejáveis
- Experiência em gestão de projetos, métodos ágeis ou ferramentas de monitoramento de projetos
- Sólidos conhecimentos em projetos de consultoria envolvendo soluções tecnológicas
Qualificações Diferencia is
- C ertificação em Automação industrial, ta is como ISA-CAP, ISA-CCST ou CPAE
- Desejável conhecimento em ambientes de rede de redes ou telecomunicações (Backbone, r ede s locais, WAN, Firewall, entre outros).
