El Asociado tendrá como objetivo la visita a médicos oftalmólogos y la gestión de cuentas farmacéuticas de Salud Ocular. Es el principal responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y promocionar productos entre los profesionales de la salud de una cuenta o territorio específico. Desarrollar planes de negocio, implementar actividades de ventas y marketing, y mantener sólidas relaciones con los clientes para alcanzar los objetivos.
Sus funciones incluyen:
Responsibilities- Promocionar productos entre profesionales médicos y profesionales de la salud afines.
- Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas directas a Farmacias y acceso al mercado, incluyendo redes de referencia.
- Desarrollar planes de negocios e implementar actividades como eventos para clientes, campañas y presentaciones.
- Mantener y mejorar el conocimiento de productos, estrategias y competidores.
- Alcanzar los objetivos de contacto, cobertura y frecuencia a través de diversos canales de comunicación.
- Seguir las directrices sobre eventos adversos y el código de conducta de Alcon, demostrando un comportamiento adecuado.
