Canlı Üretimin kısa ve uzun vadeli kesim-yerleşim planlamasından sorumlu olmak, İşletmenin üretim planları ile koordineli planlamalar yapmak, Kümeslere gönderilecek civcivlerin planlaması ve süreçlerinin takibini planlamak, Saha stok durumlarını takip etmek, düzenli olarak stoklarla ilgili olarak rapor vermek, Üretime etki eden faktörlerin değerlendirilmesini sağlayacak verileri sunmak, Sonuçların iyileştirilmesi için rutin ve düzeltici eylemler önermek. Aradığımız profil kimdir? Üniversitelerin lisans eğitimi veren bölümlerinden mezun, Tercihen minimum 1 yıl Agro (canlı üretim) deneyimine sahip, Takım çalışmasına yatkın, Planlama ve organizasyon yeteneği güçlü, Problem çözme ve analitik düşünme yeteneği güçlü, İletişim yeteneği güçlü, Elazığ’da yaşayan ya da yaşayabilecek olan. Hangi yetkinlikleri bekliyoruz? Tüm Microsoft Office paketlerinde (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ve Outlook) uzmanlık Birden fazla görevi yönetme ve önceliklendirme becerisi.
