Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage financial aspects of projects, focusing on key performance indicators such as budget utilization, invoicing, and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating and analyzing financial reports to ensure project milestones are met
  • Collaborating with Project Managers to resolve resourcing discrepancies and optimize project timelines
  • Supporting the project closeout process by ensuring all financial aspects are properly documented and reconciled
  • Managing vendor contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Ensuring operational compliance by implementing controls and procedures to prevent financial irregularities
  • Identifying and escalating potential financial risks to enable timely mitigation strategies
