Our growing team seeks an Account Manager, to have a relevant impact on the largest retailers in the country. Our products are used by hundreds of thousands of users every day.We value a horizontal structure, exploiting the spirit of collaboration to the maximum. That is, everyone contributes to delivery.**Responsibilities**:What do we expect the person to produce?- Attracting strategic partners that sell our brands' gift cards (Centauro, Riachuelo, GPA, Havaianas, Outback...);- Relationship with these partners and with our brands to implement strategies to increase the sales performance of gift cards;- Management of a totally innovative product in the Brazilian market, our fully online gift card sales platform for companies, with the objective of increasing its performance together with our marketing team;- Achieve partner attraction, sales and revenue goals;- Build area strategy with the company's board and report results.Qualifications:- Experience with complex sales;- Experience with indirect sales (channel management);- Experience in technology sales;- Experience in team management;- Graduation in Administration, Marketing, areas related to Business or experience compatible with the position;- Advanced/Fluent English;- Have advanced knowledge of technology concepts, in addition to advanced knowledge in Excel;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;- Data-driven profile for data analysis and interpretation, aiming to analyze the current scenario, market opportunities and propose improvements/actions to leverage partners' results;- Goal achievement history.**KSA (Knowledge; Skills; Abilities): How competency is demonstrated.**- Ability to solve high complexity problems, finding the best solutions for them- Express yourself clearly the concise- Working under a defined deadline- Have the ability to work in groups and collaboratively- Have analytical skills- Have team management skills- InComm provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran’s status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law._- **This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Program
